Designed for student leaders from all levels of experience, Leadership Institute brings participants together for a two-and-a-half day professional conference experience. Leadership Institute looks to build leadership potential and enable students to lead lives of consequence. The Institute is open to all HWS students. Are you a current, emerging first-year who wants to get involved? Do you have an interest in learning what it takes to be a leader? Have it all figured out, but want to gain more real-world tools to make your organizations more successful?
