

The Field House will be open Monday - Friday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Closed Weekends.
The Summer Fitness Class Schedule is as follows:
Monday: “No Sweat” – 12:20 – 12:50 p.m.
Tuesday: Spinning – 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday: “No Sweat” – 12:20 – 12:50 p.m.
Thursday: Yoga –12:10 – 1 p.m.; Spinning – 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Friday: “No Sweat” – 12:20 – 12:50 p.m.
To sign-up for spinning classes, beginning at 12 p.m. the day before the class, call the front desk at 315-781-3528 to reserve a spot.
