

SUMMARY:
The Manager of the Program Management Office (PMO) coordinates processes that promote service delivery by the Information Technology Services to the Colleges. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer and as a member of the IT Services Leadership Team, this role provides oversight and coordination of multiple initiatives through the use of best practices in program, vendor and operations management. Primary areas of accountability include ensuring adherence to project lifecycle methodologies and building relationships with campus and external constituents.
