First-year students are housed primarily by their first-year seminar in double, triple or quad rooms in the following buildings: Hale, Bartlett, Durfee, Sherrill, Jackson, Potter, Rees, Hirshson, Miller, Comstock, Blackwell, McCormick, Caird and deCordova.
Approximately 40 percent of first-year students live in Jackson, Potter and Rees, also known as JPR.
Upperclass students pick rooms and roommates through the lottery process which takes place in April and May.
Only junior and senior students may live at the Village at Odell's Pond.
Only upperclass students may live in theme houses, co-ops and Emerson.
