Robert Flowers
Interim Vice President for Student Affairs

Flowers oversees the counseling center, health center, office of student activities, residential education, radio station, intercultural affairs, alcohol and other drug education program, campus safety, Hobart athletics and William Smith athletics.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Houghton College in Houghton, N.Y.; a master’s in education from Alfred University in Alfred, N.Y.; and a law degree from the University at Buffalo Law School.

Previous to this appointment, Flowers served as the Colleges’ associate dean of students and director of residential education since 2004.

Before joining the Colleges, Flowers held administrative positions at Colgate University in Hamilton, N.Y., College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass.; and Alfred University.

Sarah Mullins
Assistant to the Vice President for Student Affairs

Mullins acts as a resource for all staff members in the division of student affairs regarding policy and procedural questions, meetings, staff development and the tracking of all budgets within the division. 

She also serves Associate Dean of Campus Safety and Student Conduct Montrose Streeter, maintaining the judicial database and setting up judicial hearings. 

Mullins has previously served the Colleges as a coordinator in the Office of Residential Education. She graduated from Keuka College in 2002 with a BA in English.
